NT3 LET ON ALBION STREET

NT3 Commercial have let a former Hair Salon in Hull City Centre. The Shop, which is well located in Albion House on Albion Street, in the heart of Hull City Centre and on a major junction, will become a newsagency and confectionery shop.

NT3 Partner Jacqui Trott, who negotiated the letting, commented "We were approached by the managing agents in York and asked if we could provide local support.  We then worked closely with them and the Owner to negotiate toe letting of one of the units.  The Shop was perfect for the new Tenant, who liked the location, its prominence and proximity to a range of office occupiers.  The Owner totally refurbished the unit, which delighted the Tenant, who was presented with effectively a new shop.."

Jacqui adds "We are also now working with the managing agents on Unit 5 Albion House in the same parade, a former cafe / sandwich shop, which is already attracting significant interest and we expect to make an announcement in the near future.  This unit is also refurbuished, presenting a clean and tidy image to occupiers and their future custmoers".
