DEAL DONE! Land sale

City centre commercial property agents NT3 Chartered Surveyors are celebrating their first seven-figure deal.  The sale of a 6-acre block of land on Pearson Way close to The Range retail store on Clough Road, and which has planning consent for a trade counter development, has concluded to a local occupier. 

NT3 partner Jacqui Trott, who negotiated the deal said, ‘It is particularly pleasing to have completed the Pearson Way sale in the difficult trading conditions of today.  It comes as a fitting end to our second full year of trading. Our NT3 practice has again doubled in size throughout 2009 in terms of number of instructions, which is a fantastic achievement given the current economic climate.  The support of our clients is exceptional and our growth is completely down to them.’ 

All instructions are dealt with at Partner level, and NT3 has invested in specialist software and systems.  Jacqui believes these two factors have been the key to NT3’s development.  ‘We use the same technology as international property agency businesses who are giants in comparison, and that investment has helped to present our clients property on the market in the best possible light and to the widest audience.’ 

NT3 provides commercial property agency and commercial and residential survey and valuation advice to bank and private clients via Allied Surveyors.  In 2009, a commercial property management division was added.  And as Jacqui adds, ‘We have a few more little ideas for NT3 to maintain its growth throughout 2010.  We can’t wait to get started!’
