NT3 Chartered Surveyorsc are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers and Property Professionals based in Kingston upon Hull, providing a comprehensive range of property services.  We have a team of qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyors fully experienced in Property Development, Valuation, Agency and Investment.

As Member Practice of Allied Surveyors we have access to an unrivalled database of property transactions and professional contacts which allow us to provide clients with up-to-the-minute Property Intelligence on values, areas and markets in any region in the country. National Coverage; Local Knowledge. Utilising the latest technology, we provide a focussed, consistent and accurate property intelligence service.  As part of a national Valuation Service Provider - on both commmercial and residential property - we are continuously audited and monitored to ensure the highest standards of valuation practice are adhered to.

 Established in 1992 as Thomson Stott, the Practice has grown through experience.  In 2007 the Practice launched a Commercial Property agency, NT3 Commercial, which has grown from strength to strength in a very difficult market.  Starting with three properties on the market, NT3 now handles over 110 properties with more taken on each week, using a full on-market servies with signage and internet presence including bespoke software offering searchable database of available property.
