Henry Boot Developments Limited have appointed NT3 Commercial to undertake the marketing of Priory Park East, their prestigious high-profile west Hull Business Park.
NT3 are tasked with working on Banner Court, Henry Boot's speculatively-built freehold industrial development on Priory Park East and on the land along Saltmarsh Close. Banner Court is a speculative development of industrial units built to an exceptional standard featuring 6.2m eaves heights giving mezzanine capability and large concreted secure shared yards with dedicated car parking.
