NT3's BREAKS RECORDS

Local city centre Chartered Surveyors NT3 Commercial have recorded their best ever trading month in September.  The  NT3 practice, based on John Street in Hull and incorporating Allied Survey and Valuation, provides commercial and residential property agency, valuation and survey expertise to local companies and individuals.

Equity Partner Jacqui Trott confirms, 'We've put more deals over the line in September than in any month since we set up NT3 in August 2007.  With typical mis-timing, we managed to set up the new business just as Northern Rock heralded the start of the current economic crisis.  But, despite that, we've grown NT3 from only three properties on the market in 2007 to well over 100 now.  In terms of scale, this makes NT3 the fourth biggest agent by local property on the market, and we've achieved that in a fraction of the time other local Practices have been established.'

Chris Noble adds, 'NT3's success is certainly a great sign of confidence in Hull economically, as clearly transactional activity in our sub-region has not been affected anything like as severely as the national broadsheet press would have you believe.  Hull has always had a stable property market because it is based on the fundamentals of demand and values; the only froth in Hull property is on the coffee shop's cappucinoes.'

According to Senior Partner, Peter Thomson, the city centre Practice he established in 1992 has changed dramatically since NT3 set up it's agency division.  'We still do the bulk of residential valuation work in the city as we are the only local Practice to be able to offer an exceptional £10 Million of insurance cover.  We've been providing that service since 1992 but, when Jacqui and Chris joined as Partners and launched NT3, the Practice has changed beyond all recognition.  Chris and Jacqui share our client-focus ethos, and I believe this coupled witrh our high levels of investment in the NT3 brand and bespoke property software technology is why we have managed to build the business to its current position.

Jacqui concludes, 'We still see opportunities for growth. We've recently launched a Commercial Property Management service, which has been well received, and have a clear strategy in which we hope to make the next couple of years as busy as the last two years.  The really encouraging feature is that our clients keep coming back to us and recommend us to their friends.  We are nowhere without that support and it's thanks to all our clients that we are where we are today. We can't thank them enough.

"Having dealt with NT3 over many years , I have always found buying and selling commercial property from them extremely easy, and very professional at all times"
