Schedules of Condition

We would always advise prudent Landlords and Tenants to attach a Schedule of Condition to Leases, as evidence of the property at the start of the Lease.  The cost of these documents can be easily justified when considering future repairing liabilities.  We supply proper, RICS-compliant, electronic and printed Schedules of Conditions, with photographs and explanatory text.  High-resolution pictures are supplied for the future reference.
