NT3 are now marketing the newest units available on a unique east Hull business park that will give small firms the opportunity to own their own premises with asking prices being the most competitive in the city.
The park, in Merrick Street, off Hedon Road, is on the site of a former timber yard that used to serve Hull's docks. Demolition and infrastructure work is already under way on the one-acre site, with the first units available December 2008.
Units ranging from 2,219 sq ft to 3,897 sq ft are available to Buy or Rent, with buildings designed in an open plan format for owners to develop internaly as required. Units can be combined to provide larger space as required.
NT3 Partner Chris Noble comments, "We identified the land as a potential Business Park and aided the developer in acquisiton, design and development. We're thus proud to see the park taking shape and expect to confirm the first owner shortly. Merrick Street leads the field in being the first Business Park development along the newly-identified strategic employment corridor for East Hull."
