NT3 LET TO JACK FULTON

NT3 have let a former social club in east Hull to budget frozen food chain Jack Fulton.  The store opened on Saturday 7th March in the former Suttonway Club in Marfleet Lane.  The opening will bring the number of Jack Fulton outlets in Hull to four.

The chain, which is registered in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, also has shops in Hessle Road, Newland Avenue and Prospect Street.

The lease on the premises was negotiated by commercial agent NT3 from their city centre offices on John Street.

Jacqui Trott, partner at NT3, said it had been a complex deal to negotiate, involving the securing of planning consent for a change of use to Retail. The owner of the building then undertook work to change the frontage and inside of the premises to equip it for retail, she said. The inside is now being further fitted out to allow the frozen food retailer to move in before the opening.

Jacqui adds: "We were pleased to attract such a high-profile tenant to the area and worked hard in partnership with the landlord/owner to ensure the agreement was settled, planning consent secured and the development completed to the high standards demanded by Jack Fulton ."

She said the store should be seen as a "huge benefit to the immediate area, significantly enhancing the retail offer in the local parade and making it even more attractive for shoppers".

"Having dealt with NT3 over many years , I have always found buying and selling commercial property from them extremely easy, and very professional at all times"
