We are maintaining our growth strategy, which involves high-end levels of service backed by constant investment in technology. This policy has seen NT3 grow from its inception in September 2007 to the growing depth of instructions with which our clients have entrusted the Practice, and for that we are extremely grateful, thank you.
We now market over 150 properties, with new stock being brought to the market every week. We have added a Management Department run by Jackie (different spelling, different person) and Jo, which has been well received with instructions taken on several new opportunities this Quarter. We also have Maxine adding agency support to Jacqui and Chris.
We have a carefully managed database of enquirers, which is kept up-to-date and our distinctive signs and web presence ensure we receive a high level of enquiries.
Putting your property on the market with NT3 could not be simpler. A one-off marketing pack fee which includes a bespoke sign, web and email and paper marketing right through the period of our involvement is all that is due. We have no withdrawal fees if you need to stop marketing (all that we ask is that you are up-to-date with any monies owed) and the usual success fee when the deal is done.
